Josh Skelly is the founder and CEO of Guardian Roof Coating, bringing 13 years of hands-on experience in the roofing industry since entering the field in 2013, with a focus on flat and low-slope roofing systems including leak detection, roof repairs, roof coatings, and single-ply roofing. A Colorado native who grew up in Woodland Park and now calls Golden home, Josh started Guardian Roof Coating to build something different from the corner-cutting, customer-as-a-number approach he saw elsewhere in the industry — a company rooted in honesty, quality workmanship, and genuine care for every client. He takes pride in standing behind every project and making sure customers feel confident their roof was done right. Outside of work, Josh is an avid mountain biker who also enjoys dirt biking and skating, and he values time spent outdoors and with friends and family above all else.
