Dennis Nielsen Ill has been helping his father in the roofing industry since he was 14 years old, gaining hands-on experience and developing a strong work ethic from an early age. Today, he continues building his knowledge and leadership skills while working in the family business and pursuing higher education at the University of Northern Colorado, where he is a junior studying Business Administration and Human Resource Management.

Before joining the family business full-time, Dennis spent four years as the General Manager of Quiznos, where he developed strong leadership, customer service, and team management skills at an early age.

A lifelong athlete and competitor, Dennis helped Windsor High School win a state soccer championship during his freshman year. Outside of work and school, he enjoys playing sports, especially football and soccer, while also being a fan of basketball.

Dennis brings energy, professionalism, and a strong work ethic to the company, along with a passion for learning and growing within the business industry.
